These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the iCompare platform ("Service") operated by MedSuite Digital LLC ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for licensed healthcare professionals. You confirm you are authorized to enter this agreement on behalf of your clinic or practice.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful business purposes
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Provide accurate clinic and provider information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we believe you are violating these terms or applicable laws.

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.

Payments are non-refundable, but we may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund prior charges. You will retain access until your billing term ends.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and designs provided through the Service remain the property of MedSuite Digital LLC or its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, particularly if you breach these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
